Repalce Huawei modem

Hello Team, 

 

I am a client for almost 5 years now and from the start I was given a huawei modem.

Lately I noticed some connection problems and I would like to ask if it is possible to replace the modem with a newer zyxel T-56?

Hi @Nithin , what awesome to read that you’re with us for a long time! 😍 I see indeed that you have an old modem. I have swapped this now for a Zyxel T-56. You will receive this within a few days. Hopefully this solves the issues for you and if you still need any help after receiving the modem, I’m here to assist you.
