Renew the modem.

Hi there,

 

I have a subscription from October 2022 for the “Internet Premium abonnement” and the ZyXel T-50 router.

 

Recently, I’ve been experiencing more frequent network outages, and I’m wondering if I could return the current router and requeste a newer one instead.

I’ve immediately made the arrangements for a new router for you. You will receive an e-mail confirmation about this as well as a track & trace code to get delivery updates. 

As ​@Waqqas mentioned, the old router doesn’t have to be returned but can be brought to a recyclestation in your neighborhood.

Have you filled in all the privé fields in your community profile? A moderator can than arrange a new router for you.

Indeed, all the required information is already provided in the profile.

 

So, I’m only supposed to wait for another response, or it will go automatically. Additionally, I need information about returning the current router.

The T50 doesn't need to be returned so you can bring it to a recycle point.

@Kumait Good that you’ve found our community and started a topic. Of course, I will gladly send you a new router, coming right up! 😀

I’ve immediately looked in the system. However, I see that the last 4 digits of your bank account number in your community profile don’t match with what is in our system. Can you please check this again? 

If you let me know when you’re ready, I will get to work straight away!
