Our internet is not working.

Hello, about two hours ago our internet suddenly stopped working. When trying to connect on the phone, it shows “no internet connection” next to the network name. I would like to ask whether there is an outage somewhere or if anyone else is experiencing a similar problem. I live in Schiedam, so I’m wondering if anyone here has the same issue. Thank you.

Hi ​@Erika Židovská, thank you for starting this topic! In Schiedam there is no known issue. Are you offline still? Please let me know which lights are burning and not burning on the modem and ONT. Also, add your zip code, house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your bankaccount to your Community profile. This way I can take a look in to your connection as soon as I can. Thanks in advance!
