I installed Odido fiber with 400Mb/s package in june. Since the very beginning, all my devices kept dropping connection all the time. These are frequent, short duration (up to 15 seconds) dropouts that happen at all times of day, on all devices, both wifi and wired. These dropouts are so bad that streaming is often interrupted, and I'm often kicked from multiplayer games due to disconnections. Extremely annoying and not what I'm paying for.
I called Odido support, and they offered the usual powerflip as a solution, but I've tried that dozens of times and it has no effect. I also got a wifiversterker from Odido, which also doesn't help with dropouts (the issue was happening before as well as after I installed the wifiversterker).
I decided to log these dropouts a few times, and the screenshots below show how they usually happen. Note that this logging software only pings every 20s, so there are actually many more dropouts than what's logged, but those happened between the pings.
Will anyone from Odido look into this?
