My Zyxel modem is showing red light at the Internet logo since morning. I’ve restarted the router and modem many times, still the same issue. I’ve also followed the tips from the website, still cannot work. Please help

Nu ben ik voor je gaan kijken en heb direct een lijnmeting gedaan, echter lijkt het erop dat je weer online bent. Klopt dit? 


The wifi is green light but it’s very unstable. Most of the time there’s no internet. I think the modem is faulty. I encountered this issue before.
