No internet in Loevestein 83, alphen aan den rijn

3rd lamp of the modem with “globe” sign is RED. Can you please advise what I need to do? There is no internet connnection at my home address.

In other topics people tell that it already works again. If not with you, just restart your router.

    Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting your modem and the media converter? 
    Try the 3 steps mentioned on this page. 

    Please let us know if you need further help!
