No internet - flashing LOS on Huawei hardware

Hello,

My Huawei converter LOS light is flashing red and I have no internet. I have tried resetting it and it does not work.

  1. can you please send a technician to fix it? I have read the other similar posts and see that this needs technician help.
  2. can you please send me an unlimited data voucher via Ben in the meantime? I have to work (even on weekends) with multiple video calls. I cannot go without internet for days this will be a huge problem for me.
