My new house in den haag only has this outlet, i do not know how i can connect my internet modem

Hi @Hadiel, thanks for starting this topic and welcome! This picture shows an AOP, this is for COAX connections that Ziggo uses. We don't use this. When checking your e-mail address I find a subscription with us that is online since 30-08-2021. Does this concern another subscription? Please put your zip code, house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your bankaccount in your Community account, so I can check this subscription!
