Internet is not working (red light)

Hi,

Odido Internet is not working for the past 2 days and I could see red light on globe. i did restart but still not working, whats the solution.

T-56 zyxel

I think I don’t have a DSL connection, it’s wifi and fiber optic

And power is Green light 

pon is no light 

LOS is blinking red light 

LAN is green light
