I have been having problems with my internet for over a month. I assumed that its a problem that will be fixed as this happened for the last six months for 1-2 days each month but this time it didnt go away. All day my internet has high packet loss and high latency, which makes watching videos or playing games completely terrible. I have tried all of the things mentioned on the website. This happens both on wifi and ethernet. Is it a known issue or is it something that you have to fix? Thanks

Of course I want you to enjoy a stable, uninterrupted connection. Now I have done a line measurement, but I do not see any crazy things, everything looks fine. Could you give me some more information? On what equipment are you experiencing the high latency and packet loss, is it a wired or wireless connection? I don't see any wired devices at the moment.
