Hello, I am moving from my current place staring Nov end to my friend’s place who already have Odido connection and thereby would like to cancel my internet contract. However I cannot find the option to do this on the mijnodido website. How can I cancel the contract?Thanks!

Yes, I am moving from 30-11-2024 onwards. So yes, please cancel my subscription and settle the expenses and any refund as my instalment is already deducted. The only issue is I am currently travelling to my parents due to emergency so I cannot give back box until mid-January. Seeking your help in this time of crisis in my life.

I can’t cancel the subscription again to set it at an earlier. However, since you’ve already moved to your new address you are allowed to cancel the subscription without a month’s notice. 

In case you can send me a proof of relocation in a private message to terminate a subscription within an annual contract I can refund the amount of the last month for you. 

A proof of relocation is an official document. It can be an end of your rental contract from the landlord or a buyer's contract from an owner-occupied home. It can also be a rental or purchase agreement from the new address. Finally, we also accept a certificate of registration from the municipality (BRP).
