Hello, I've been having internet problems for two months now. My router doesn't have a 2.4G network. My devices, like webcams and the robot vacuum cleaner, aren't working. About a month ago, I contacted Odido technical support. The consultant changed various settings, reset settings, and nothing worked. I think the router needs to be replaced. Please help.

Zyxel T56 router. Reboot was performed. After an hour of trying, the technical support representative gave up and suggested replacing the hardware. The contract is for my wife, what data is needed?

The 2,4 GHz light on the router is green?

Yes, the diode is green.

Is that all when we talk about help?

Hey @Łukasz Jaworski, welcome to our community!

I'm happy to help you with this. The modem does indeed have a 2.4 GHz frequency; you have even split the bands and the 2.4 is under the SSID: Odido-00339C_2.4. I have also adjusted some settings on the modem. Could you restart the modem so that the settings are applied correctly? Could you then check whether your devices can connect or not? If not, please send me the names (model numbers) of these devices so that I can investigate this further for you!

After restarting, it's worse than before. One phone won't connect to the 5G network, the second won't connect to any, and the third connects to 5G. I haven't switched other devices because I can see that it can only get worse.

Best regards

Good morning, I don't like the way my problem is being resolved. Settings changes are making things worse. I have one phone that won't connect to Wi-Fi immediately, and then it stays with those settings for several days. This is unprofessional customer service. I expect immediate resets so that every phone and all my additional devices can connect to the router. If this can't be done, I request a replacement router. From what I understand, our contract has expired and I can terminate it at any time. Perhaps this is the only way to receive new equipment, terminate this contract, and start a new one? I expect some kind of response and a solution to my problem.
