When i get the connection before 1 year Odido said they're still working on Fibre at my address. And it's not available yet. But when I check ziggo with my address it says I have fibre 1200Mbps. What should I do? Can I expect Odido fix this? Will there be any issues if Inget fibre with Odido (because I saw some posts about this)

It's not likely that Ziggo delivers fiber into your home. In that case you should have a fiber box inside your home. Ziggo says it delivers "fiber-cable". With emphasis on "cable". The data goes over fiber to the fiber optic district exchange and from there it goes over a coax cable. This is not fiber to your home. You can normally see this at the upload speed. Can Ziggo also provide 1200Mbps upload speed? Probably not (so they are lying if they say they have fiber all the way to your house).

So if you don't isn't fiberbox in your house, you should need to wait for KPN, Delta or ODF to begin a project in you neighborhood to dig fiber and connect you house. Until then, Odido can't provide you with internet (unless you go for a DSL/copper connection over an old KPN line).

I see. How does fibre box looks like?

And how much is max speed for DSL by Odido?

Something like the box on the right in the image below (the box on the left is the active ONT, kind of a modem, only present when you get an active fiber connection). The FTU (fiber termination box) is a passive box... A thin wire coming out of the ground going in that termination box.

But if for want enough speed and you don't have fiber yet, you might as well stick with Ziggo. Ziggo van dekking 1200Mbs download and 100Mbps upload.

Download for DSL probably won't go over 200Mbps if you're lucky. So you can't compare it to Ziggo.

From whom do I request fibre ? Apartment admin or Odido? I'm confused. Current odido DSL download speed is just max 90Mbps. It sucks actually

You can't request fibre. Those are very large project by KPN, Delta or ODF to connect multiple neighborhoods in your city to fibre. Of you haven't heard about such project it can take a long time before they will come in your neighborhood (if they will come at all in the coming years).

Odido doesn't know the current status of those projects.

Did you get flyers or other information lately, that you neighborhood was going to be connected by one of the companies mentioned above?
