Hi Odido team,
I recently called customer service to agree to a new contract. During the call, the representative offered me a specific monthly rate, which I accepted.
However, when I received the contract confirmation, the monthly price was higher than agreed. I called back to have this corrected, but the second agent told me the original representative made a mistake and refused to honor the price I was quoted.
The price I was offered was a realistic promotional rate, not an obvious glitch (geen kennelijke vergissing). Therefore, under Dutch consumer guidelines, the verbal agreement we made is binding.
Could a moderator please look into this?
I look forward to being in touch.
