I have a wall connection which looks like this, with my current Ziggo Connection, I had an adapter and cable that fit this, how to do this for my T Mobile connection, as I do not see any cable for this. Please help

My meter cupboard is located downstairs so installing the router there is not possible, any other way ?

And there is nothing of above in your appartment? You could also see a telephone cable which is not connected to anything yet.
