The issue to get the Internet

Hey!

I've made an appointment to install home internet. I've been waited his almost 20 days. On September 19, the installer came and installed the modem. He said that there was no signal and that we had to wait a maximum of 3 days !! I don't have a contract, I don't have an account where I can see my Internet installation process within 1 month. I can't get through to any tech support.
How it works?

I would be very grateful if someone could explain.

Thanks for updating the Community and sorry to hear that you're not connected yet, I want to get you online as soon as possible! 

I want to arrange a technician of the network operator for you as soon as possible, but you haven't linked your Community to your Thuis subscription yet. Could you please send me the following details via a private message:

  • Zip code and house number.
  • Your date of birth.
  • The last four digits of your IBAN.

I will get back to you very quickly!
