After moving to a new house the fibre is still not working. I’ve had 4 different technicians come to my house. The last one from the fibre line installation company (fibre line is owned by KPN) said that someone else would contact me to come and re-install the line as it’s broken. I’m still waiting to hear back to make an appointment.
The fibre package is with Odido. I would also like an unlimited internet code as the last one I received is not working when I sms 2244

The internet codes are not mend for overcoming the installation period of the netgrid provider. If you need a more quick solution, you can get a subscription on KLIK EN KLAAR. You can cancel that per month once the whole instalation is ready.
