Reporting move to a new apartment

I’m in the process of moving and would like to transfer my Odido subscription to my new apartment. I have already requested the address change and initially received an email confirming the connection date as March 13, 2025. Based on this, I scheduled an appointment with Guidion for March 15, 2025.

However, I recently received another email stating that the new connection date is now March 17, 2025. I’m unsure which date is correct and whether I need to reschedule my appointment with Guidion.

Additionally, I haven't received any instructions regarding what to do with the equipment at my current address. Could you please clarify the correct connection date and provide guidance on handling the existing equipment?

Hi ​@mrzrm, you are right! KPN NetwerkNL changed the activation date to 17-3-2025. This is their first possible date to patch your line. Please change your appointment with Guidion to this date, so there is an active line. If you open the link Guidion send you to make the appointment, you can there choose to change the appointment. Thank you so much!

Also, could you provide instructions on what to do with the equipment at my current address? I still haven’t received any emails in this respect.
