I’m in the process of moving and would like to transfer my Odido subscription to my new apartment. I have already requested the address change and initially received an email confirming the connection date as March 13, 2025. Based on this, I scheduled an appointment with Guidion for March 15, 2025.
However, I recently received another email stating that the new connection date is now March 17, 2025. I’m unsure which date is correct and whether I need to reschedule my appointment with Guidion.
Additionally, I haven't received any instructions regarding what to do with the equipment at my current address. Could you please clarify the correct connection date and provide guidance on handling the existing equipment?
