Ordered on Dec 8th, still no appointment from Guidion

Hi Community,

I ordered fiber optic subscription on Dec 8th, but I still haven't received anything on the mail or from Guidion as an appointment date. My installation is on Phase 4 according to Odido App.

What could be taking them so long? Anyone else having issues with first time installations?

Do you have a fiber connection point in your house?

Fill in all the privé fields in your community profile so a moderator can check this for you.

I understand that you would like more clarity about your delivery. Thank you for providing your details, which allowed me to immediately look into your order. I see that the order is on hold with the reason: Active endpoint is missing. This means it will take a little longer than hoped. Once this has been resolved, Guidion will be activated so that we can deliver your order. For now, I also have to wait for a new update about your delivery!

Hello Tommie,

Thank you for your attention, however we still haven't received any appointment from Odido or Guidion. Our voucher for Odido mobile internet has run out. Is it possible for you to grant additional vouchers? Otherwise I have to cancel my fiber optic Internet order and apply for copper connection from a different company.
