Hi Odido team

 

I have ordered new internet with Odido last Sunday and haven’t seen any progress yet. My place already has glasvezel, nothing should be installed additionally - but even delivering the package I haven’t heard anything. 

My wishdate for installation was 10-09 but now I am wondering if that would be possible since I don’t even get the package yet. I really need my internet to be installed asap can anyone give any insight why it is pending and when should I expect the installation?

You have a fiber connection point in your house? If everything is ready you should have received an email to make an appointment with the Guidion technician to make an appointment.

It looks like your order is stuck somewhere or maybe something still needs to be done for the fiber to be operational.
