Because I need internet in house and Odido can not provide it. And they are expecting me to call their supplier company because they don’t have any influence to their supplier company.
Just choose the Klik&Klaar 5G product and otherwise go for another provider. Odido is dependent on a fiber supplier and they can't seem to figure out when there will be anything ready for. Don't wait for it and just choose something else until they do know.
Don't accept any charges to terminate your contract (if they want to do that when termenating the contract). They can't provide a connection on your new adres so you are free to terminate.
For Klik&Klaar you can test this for 14 days. After that it's a monthly subscription which you can always terminate with one month notice (so no year contract). So it could be a good choice until they do get the fiber connection hooked up. (Unfortunately no TV with K&K but it's really affordable)
