Hi, I placed an order on June 19th for home internet.
While I received a confirmation email I still can't find anything in my orders list. No package received either and the installation date is closing in.

In case of fiber do you allready have a Fiber connection point?

Fibre. I also know the house already has the connections required for installation.
There's no status in the orders list. The order itself doesn't show there. I can only see my 5 year old order.
