@Tommie van Odido none of the appointment slots in the next 10 days suit me. Would it be possible to install it myself? I have the fiber optic terminal already from the previous tenants so it should be pretty straightforward. I just need you to activate the connection.
Also at 10 00 I was on the terrace looking out to make sure I don’t miss the technician.
Guidion need to do this. It is not only the technical connection but they also perform the administration after they connected everything. Only than your subscription will be full operational.
@eric @Tommie van Odido Is it possible they do the administration and I do the plugging in. Since none of the available slots in the next 10 days suit me, if the above if not possible I think I would rather cancel and switch to Ziggo for example rather than wait?
