Hello, I just signed up for internet (DSL) and TV recently and my subscription started from 22nd of August. I was trying to installed the internet following the instruction but it just doesn't work. I can find the wifi from my phone and laptop but it says "No internet access". Could anyone help me fix it? This is really frustrating...
Below you will find how I set it up:
I have checked inside: the red wire is connected with the red contact point and the blue one is connected with the green contact point.
Then I use the DSL cable to connect it with the modem

Hi @ian115 , it's a bit hard to see but have you tried the connections below the four point contact from which you' re currently connected? Because it looks like that might be the DSL connection 🙂
I have exactly the same issue (I also did the installation by myself) and all I could learn from other topics is there may be a problem with the line that comes to the house. I only have a four point contact on the wall. Any help is appreciated.
