My installation was done by the Guidion Technician on 27th September but the ONT Link light is flashing red. he reported this but each time i call Odido they say they have logged it with the Network Beheer department but nothing happens. i have even contacted ODF and they say contact Odido. So nothing happens

So another 3 weeks and nothing is done, looks like the networks department doesn’t actually provide any customer service


Hey ​@Paulcr, I went to the technical department to find out why it was taking so long. We have now sent Guidion directly to fix the patch for you. Can you make an appointment with the technician and give me feedback after the time? Thanks in advance! 


Such bad service made an appointment with Guidion technician and guess what nobody pitched up great work, is this the customer service I will be getting in future? 
 

Makes me think I should just cancel
