My installation was done by the Guidion Technician on 27th September but the ONT Link light is flashing red. he reported this but each time i call Odido they say they have logged it with the Network Beheer department but nothing happens. i have even contacted ODF and they say contact Odido. So nothing happens

So another 3 weeks and nothing is done, looks like the networks department doesn’t actually provide any customer service
