I moved to a new apartment and have an Odido DSL subscription. I received the router package but can’t figure out where to install in the meter cabinet or elsewhere. I would appreciate any help and would be a great if a technician could come and have a look. Thanks!

Beside the meter cabinet the ISRA point can also be somewhere else in your house, look for something like this:
You can post a photo of the meter cabinet (so we could see if there is a ISRA point there).
But you can always let a technician do the installation. For that you need to call them (this can’t be done via the community, which is a ‘customer helps customer’ site). They should have indicated that in a letter enclosed with the installation package… (?)
