I swapped my Internet from Ziggo to T-Mobile today. I got the kit from T-Mobile. I connected to the Telephone line in my home and i get red light in the modem. I have used to correct wire and the correct port. I see the status in my T-Mobile Thuis login is now active. But no Internet. Its so difficult to call customer care. I am working from home and to work without internet is hard. Please help.

Is the modem directly connected to the ISRA where the KPN cable is also connected and are you using the grey DSL cable?

Which type of ISRA (connection point) do you have?


 


I did a restart of the modem now and i see the internet is working. Thank you
