Maar op 25 juli zou jullie monteur komen voor een nieuwe modem was de afspraak met de man van 12 juli maar nu is het ineens een wifi check maar op 26 juli komt er weer een monteur voor de camera komt hij voor niks dan gaat toch de rekening naar jullie toe en ik eis echt dat jullie het bandje van die datum af gaat luisteren ik hou niet van loze beloftes en ik betaal geen 45euro in de maand voor slechte wifi steeds resetten dat je niet normaal een film kan kijken dat niet iedereen tegelijk op de wifi kan.

I use T mobile in my home.I think my modem has got the same problems. Every day my computer's or my (two) mobile phone's wifi connection is lost.
In my computer , I use windows repair tool for wifi connection problem, it is fixed sometimes but sometimes not. I want you to change my modem.
I attached photo for problem.Windos Repair tool said that 'wireless adapter or access point has got problems'
My modem brand is zyxel and brand model is T-50
I am sad for problem.I want you to fix this problem.

I’ve just made some adjustments and split the 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz bands (the 5 Ghz one now has 5G behind the name). You can now manually connect to either 2.4 Ghz or 5 Ghz, could you try testing both with your devices to see how it works now? Do let me know!

My problem continues and appears a minimum of 5 times a day.

Firstly I wanna change my wifi adapter on my laptop. If the problem disappears, I will be happy. Maybe the problems occurred at the same time and I got it wrong

Sorry to hear your internet isn't working properly. No worries though, I'll do my utmost to help you as much as possible. 😊 Internet is extremely important. You should have a solid connection too! First we check the most important things. - Check which lights are on on the modem. Does WAN or Internet not light up? Then disconnect the modem from the power for 10 seconds by unplugging the power cord. - Is it about WiFi and is the WLAN light not on? Then press the button "WLAN / WPS / Wireless / wifi" until the light comes on. - Are the lights on, but you are not connected? Then connect your computer directly to the modem with an internet cable on port 1 or 2 of the modem. If you have a Zyxel modem, it doesn't matter which port you connect the computer to. Does it still not work after this? Then follow this link: https://thuisservice.t-mobile.nl/internet-en-email/wel-wifi-geen-internet. This allows you to solve common problems. Hope this helps!
