Hi, I am asking for a while for help. Kpn came.and installed the cables. Now I had to just plug in my modem dsl. The globe light does not go on. I need support t mobile has no number that I can call and kpn says modem is from t mobile :(

Which modem do you have?
T-mobile has a phone number which is 0800 0092, 1200 from a T-mobile simcard and 06 2400 1200.
Is your connection all ready active? You can check that in your T-mobile account.

KPN came to do the cable work so everything should be fine, are you using the grey DSL cable?
Yes, using the grey cable. Tested all the possible tests. However need some technician to test if the modem.is not working (less probable) if the cables are somehow compromised, if the installation was not properly done, or if there is another "activated" cable somewhere. The cable coming out of the wall connects to a cat5e rj45 utp Jack/keystone. Then the grey dsl cable plugs into this.
