internet not working

I have an installation appointment from T-Mobile at Oct. 28th. But Today once I installed it is not working for the internet. And in my portal the subscription is still being processed. 

When will that be ready? We have 6 people waiting for the internet to be ready.

Hi @youyue, first of all, welcome to the club! I checked your file and I see that the grid operator KPN has fixed the connection point (ISRA punt in Dutch). I see that your modem is online and the connection looks good. Awesome! Most importantly is that you can enjoy the connection with our services.
