My internet was loaded 1 week ago on 02/11/2023, but I think there is a problem with my internet line. No lights are on, including DSL. I called customer service and they gave me unlimited internet for 1 week and said technical service would contact me within 3 days, but no one sent me a message, e-mail or called. I couldn't get it, my 1 week period expires tomorrow and there is no news from the technical service, I have no internet.

So internet is not working since the start of your subscription? Is your modem directly connected to the main KPN ISRA point? Can you share a photo of which ISRA point you have?


Yes, there was no internet from the beginning. I can't find the ISRA point at home. I looked everywhere but it's not there.

What you can also do :

Use the other installation box with only red and blue in it, connect red and blue to it from the cable on photo 1 and then you can plug the PHONE cable in it and the other end in the DSL port of the modem.

If red and blue dont work then try orange and white.

These are types of ISRA points, maybe you'll see one?

If you have a crawling area you could maybe see a KPN cable in a blue mantle.


I looked everywhere but I couldn't find any of these, I think I'm losing my mind, I'll ask the real estate agent, maybe he knows.


Hi @oguzhan2033, don't worry! I see that we informed the grid operator about this. An appointment was made for Saturday November 11 between 12:00 - 14:00. Hopefully the issue will be solved by then! 😁
