I'm a new Odido customer. My contract starts on July 1st, but I'm so disappointed that I'm considering looking for other options because their customer service truly sucks.
I wasted three hours of my life today trying to get a new link sent to my email to make an appointment with Guidion, and it didn't work. You call Guidion and they tell you to call Odidio, you call Odido and they tell you to call Guidion. Nobody is capable of doing something. What's this? It's a loop. I´ve never seen something like that! It's truly absurd.
To be clear, I need a link sent to my email to make an appointment with the Guidion technician. The previous link you sent me no longer works because the appointment was canceled. If anyone can help me with this, I'd be grateful.
