I signed up for the fiber plan last August, and last week they finally came to install the fiber at my house. The fiber has been in place since Tuesday, and on Thursday the modem arrived, but the Odido website still shows that I’m in Phase 1, “Your Order.”, before the street and home installations.
I tried setting up the modem myself, but the LOS light keeps flashing red - I’m not sure if my account needs to be activated or if there’s an issue with the fiber. I work in IT (at a data center), so I don’t need help with the modem installation, but I couldn’t find an option to say that anywhere. I also haven’t received any contact from Guidion.
I’ve been waiting for the status to change or for an email explaining how to proceed, but so far nothing has happened. The modem came after the fiber was installed and I received a message from OpenDutchFiber saying that their part is done, so I guess something is happening, but Odido is still stuck in Fase 1 with zero feedback. What should I do?
