hi, i ordered internet for my new home. today i got an email which includes the link of tracking my order, but when click on the link DHL no information is not there.
what is the problem?

Hi @Sinadadmehr, I would be happy to help. I can't find any subscription on this e-mailaddress. Could you send me your postal code, house number, date of birth and the last four digits of your account number in a private message?
