Hello

I signed up for Odido Internet on December 5, 2024, and they chose December 17, 2024, as my connection date. I received the package a week ago, and when I attempted to connect yesterday, I was unable to get internet. I had several conversations with the support staff (about five calls totalling at least 20 minutes, most of which were in waiting). The first time they told me that I was connecting to another modem that wasn't from us (which is completely false), and they ended the call. The next few calls said, "We are investigating, please wait," and after at least 15 minutes they couldn't reach a technician, and they said they would call me (which doesn't happen all the time). and I start over every time I call them which start the same process again with the same response at the end with no solution.

Kindly advice, I don’t want to wait another two weeks to move to another provider.
