My Thuis package is supposed to start on the 31st, but I want it to start tomorrow. The call centre wait time is 40mins. There is no email address. There are no options to do this on the site. No one responds on twitter. No one responds on Facebook. I tried to find out how to cancel everything and just give up, but I couldn’t even find out how to do that :(
I haven’t even started being a customer yet and I the service is terrible.
Please let me know how to do this?

When you ordered T-Mobile thuis did you choose the standard fastest date about 2 weeks later? In that case it will stay for the 31st I guess because the 2 week time is needed for to connection to your house to get ready.
