I’m already an Odido internet customer, and I placed an order for moving on May 26. The moving date of the connection was 25 July (which happened now since the internet at the old address is gone immediately), and installation appointment was made for 28 July (which I don’t have any email or SMS confirmation anywhere and there is nowhere I can check myself).
We just moved to the new house, and I realized the fiber optic connection (blue cable) is outside the house on the street. My main question is: will this appointment install the cable inside the house as well? My expectation is that I will have internet connection on July 28.
Can you please assist?
