While you have admitted to an issue in Purmerend regarding TV & Internet, your level of communication regarding it has been dismal at best, and shockingling terrible at worst.
You send us texts and emails about crap no one in the free world would want, yet when there is a major issue with the network…….nothing. No email, no text...nothing to say, “It’s us not you, don’t waste time trying to fix it”.
Then to add insult to insult, your service bulletin is EXACTLY, WORD FOR WORD, the same as yesterday. In fact, even the “posted” time is identical. All you did was change 24 to 25 in the date.
Apparently, we could literally have one half trained, petulant narwahl provide better, more transparent, and more useful outage bulletins than the entire staff of Odido.
Fix the issue. And until you do, at least try to provide some measure of “service” to your customers. Or is the only service Odido provides bill collection? I notice that is always done at 100% level…..
