Internet & TV In Purmerend

While you have admitted to an issue in Purmerend regarding TV & Internet, your level of communication regarding it has been dismal at best, and shockingling terrible at worst.

You send us texts and emails about crap no one in the free world would want, yet when there is a major issue with the network…….nothing.  No email, no text...nothing to say, “It’s us not you, don’t waste time trying to fix it”.

Then to add insult to insult, your service bulletin is EXACTLY, WORD FOR WORD, the same as yesterday.  In fact, even the “posted” time is identical.  All you did was change 24 to 25 in the date.

Apparently, we could literally have one half trained, petulant narwahl provide better, more transparent, and more useful outage bulletins than the entire staff of Odido.

Fix the issue.  And until you do, at least try to provide some measure of “service” to your customers.  Or is the only service Odido provides bill collection?  I notice that is always done at 100% level…..

If there is a scale problem, it is often not communicated by email or SMS. We will keep you informed via our general thread. Sometimes we do not get a specific update and have to make do with what we have. We do our best to keep everyone fully informed, but we are also dependent on external parties and subsequent updates. I understand that sometimes things don't go the way we want them to, and I apologise for that. Purmerend has now been fixed, can you also confirm this? If you're still having problems, please let me know and I'll be happy to look into it!
