i would like to replace 4K gen1 mediabox

Hello Community

I have Odido mediabox (4K tv box 1. Gen)

For a long time, I have been using it with Samsung Q990D sound bar and Samsung qled tv without a problem. 

Last few months it started to not working as expected. Few times i was able to fix by factory set but now it does not work at all. 
 

I would like to hear advises or possible to replace.

Hi there ​@omerakoz, let me help! I am here for you. Can you please let me know what is not working? Are you getting an error message, or is the signal not as it should? Please give me as much information as you can. If only the sound isn't working, can you test it without the soundbar? Also test a ethernet connection between the modem and Mediabox if you aren't already, to check if this makes a difference. If not, please inform me about the situation and place your zip code, house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your bankaccount in your Community profile!

Thank you for fast reaction. I tried all combinations, when I connect 4K mediabox to sound bar hdmi1, and tv to sound bar with eArc, TV does not get signal from mediabox anymore. It was working in the same setup, i tried with multiple new cables and factory resets of the mediabox without success.

if I connect mediabox to tv directly without soundbar, it works but I then lose sound quality in dolby atmos etc videos. This is the main reason why I like to use mediabox 4K option.

Hi ​@omerakoz, thank you! It is good to know that it works without the soundbar. Did you already try to reset or restart the soundbar. ​@TMTV do you maybe have any ideas? Thanks!
