I already have tmobile home internet, I ordered home tv connection on 28th and on ordering it was mentioned on the screen that tv box will be delivered. But I do not see any status of the tv box order anywhere and no way to track it.

It can take a few days before the order is processed and a track and trace is communicated to you. You can always check My T-Mobile Thuis for the latest. At this moment your TV Box is between T-Mobile and PostNL. When the latter has accepted the package, you'll be able to track it here.
