My home internet connection has been down since last night. I have tried everything (unplugging the cable and resetting the device. Still can't reconnect. There is a red light. Could you tell me what else I can do?

Which lights are on or blinking on the mediaconverter?
The connection light on the black box is blinking, and the internet, 2.4G and 5G lights on the mediaconverter are also blinking. But sometimes the internet light would become red.
