Dear Odido,

I would like to exchange my current modem (Zyxel T-50) for a newer model, the T-56.

I’ve been your customer for the last 5 years (same modem as well) & I don’t feel the current modem is as good as before.

How can I exchange the old modem for a new one?

Hi @Fadi AC, of course! I can switch out the T-50 for you, no problem. The only thing is that the T-56 is not in stock at this moment and won't untill expected at the end of November. If you want to wait, please send a message in this topic at the end of November. What I can do at this point, is switch your T-50 for the T-54 model. This model has the same qualities as the T-56. Let me know!
