About T-56 connection problem

We did a contract with Odido in this month.

The system (model+TV) connected 2nd of Nov. However, internet disconnected 6-7 times during 10days. Now I just only see 2,4G light is green ( 5G is red) and speedtest is 90Mbps (normally it is more than 900Mbps). 

Can anybody see this?

Can you share a photo of the leds. The 5G led should not turn red. If you enter your customer ID in your profile im happy to have a look for you.
