FAQ & Levertijden iPhone 17 Pro Max

Ja ik ben vandaag langs de shop geweest voor mijn telefoon. Ze hadden hem vandaag binnengekregen en nog geen tijd gehad om een sms te sturen, maar ik heb hem inmiddels ontvangen.

Ik heb net een bericht ontvangen dat mijn bestelling klaar is om af te halen in de winkel.

17 Pro Max Cosmic Orange - 256 GB

Besteld op 12 september om 17:00 uur

Net sms gehad dat ik em kon ophalen in de winkel 256 GB Blauw Pro Max. 13 september in winkel besteld rond 11:00

This is for iphone 13 haha?! 

Uiteindelijk haalde ik mijn iphone 17 pro max 256gb oranje op 2 oktober, ondanks dat mij was verteld dat hij pas op 14 oktober zou arriveren. Ik had de telefoon al op 14 september gepre-orderd. Helaas zag ik de verwachte leverdatum niet op de dag dat de uitverkoop begon, dus veranderde ik mijn bestelling op 22 september naar een gewone 17 pro. Toen bedacht ik me en bestelde de telefoon opnieuw. Mij werd verteld dat ik dan als laatste in de rij zou staan, maar dat bleek niet uit te maken, want ik ontving hem ongeveer tegelijk met degenen die de pre-order hadden geplaatst. De medewerkers in de winkel waar ik mijn bestelling ophaalde, legden me uit dat Apple probeert iPhones gelijkmatig over retailers te verdelen, en soms weten ze niet eens hoeveel telefoons ze voor levering toegewezen krijgen. Daarom weten ze niets, omdat Apple zelf bepaalt wie welke iPhones te koop krijgt.

Hoi allemaal,

Even benieuwd of er al iemand is die tussen 15 en 18 september heeft besteld en z’n telefoon al binnen heeft? Bij mij staat er nog steeds geen update op de statuspagina.

hier precies hetzelfde .. laatst maar een klacht ingediend, daar ik normaal gesproken wel een update krijg. 

Ordered on the 17th and nothing for me either. I know a person here said  that they ordered on the 14th and were able to get their phone last week but i don’t know anyone else .. 

Volgens mij zijn nu deze week bestellingen van 16 september aan de beurt als ik de leverings tijden goed begrijp zelf Cosmic orange pro Max 256gb besteld op de 16e maar ook nog geen gehoor van Odido zelf alleen “ leverbaar vanaf 19 september.

hoop dat jullie “en ik” hem allemaal snel thuis hebben 😁

Iphone 17 pro max 256gb blauw op 12-9-25 om 14.10 besteld en nog steeds niet geleverd. Wordt nu toch wel een beetje ongeduldig… iemand die ook de 12e heeft besteld en nog steeds niks heeft gehoord?

Woah,at this point I think you should go to the store where you’re supposed to pick up your package (if you didn’t click on “home delivery”) and ask the employees which one you are in line ,because it’s a bit strange that you still don’t have your phone. Typically the people who already ordered on the 12th have their iphones already :(

I purchased the iPhone over the phone through Odido’s sales team. It was supposed to be shipped to me… When I call them again to ask when the Iphone is gonna be delivered I don’t get any reasonable response from them… very bad service… the also didn’t send me an order verification as well, I called more than 4 times with the question to send it to me, each time the promised to do so but untill today I also received nothing. And yes… I checked my spam box and I verified the mail adres with an Odido employe…

Ik heb mijn Iphone 17 pro max 256 GB zilver 20 september besteld. Uiterlijke leverdatum is 4 november. Mag toch hopen dat dit voorspoediger verloopt.

Ik heb mijn oranje 256 gb ook besteld op de 20e. en alles wat ik zie staan is levertijd 3 tot 4 weken, maar ik heb gekozen voor ophalen in de winkel.

heb jij gekozen voor het thuis bezorgen?

Ja, ik had volgens de medewerker geen andere keuze. Ik koos namelijk voor vervroegd verlengen. Vind 4 november wel erg enthousiast, vooral omdat het bij MediaMarkt de volgende dag in huis is haha.

Ik heb ook vervroegd een telefoon toegevoegd aan mijn Sim-only maar dit heb ik gewoon online gedaan.

enigste reden dat ik dit heb gedaan bij odido is omdat het gewoon  140 euro goedkoper was dan bij apple zelf of mediamarkt

Ik ben oprecht benieuwd wanneer de telefoon nu binnenkomt. Naar mijn idee komt deze voor velen sneller dan aangegeven.

De 256GB Cosmic Orange heeft altijd op 3-4 weken levertijd gestaan en is zojuist op 4-6 weken gezet. Heeft dit ook invloed op de levertijd als je deze variant al op 18/09 besteld hebt?

Hello! Today I was at the Odido store where I am supposed to pick up my package. The manager told me that for my phone (silver pro 512gb) i can wait up to 2 months,even tho I ordered on the 17th. I am sharing this for everyone cause this is a big bullshit if you ask me and I want you all to stay informed at least by me because he literally said “This is a very trendy model so expect to wait up to 2 months”

Was that for the pro max or the pro? Also, I don’t know whether the employee knows what he is talking about. Especially because some people here get their phone delivered within a month. Nevertheless, a strange situation IMO

Hey! Pro max,I am sorry. Pro max 512gb silver. Yeah,to me it was also super strange but the fact that they encourage their employees to say “you can even wait up to 2 months” means that they expect such delays and they kind of want to use it as an excuse. That’s a pity indeed 

however,I hope our phones come sooner (to those waiting) :)) Good luck guys

If it actually will take that long, I will switch providers the next time. There have been several issues with this provider and I think there is a lack of communication with regard to the delivery of this particular phone. At least give somewhat of an update

I'm not really happy about the way Odido is handling this either. Very poor communication. But I don't understand what's going on with the distribution of these phones anyway. For example if I order on Apples website today it will arrive 30 Okt – 6 Nov, while if I choose pick up in the Apple store I can pick up almost every model the same day (and it has been for this like almost every day that I checked). Two of my friends ordered it and picked it up 1 hour later in store.

On the Vodafone website all Pro Max models have an indication of 4-6 weeks, starting from the date the page is updated (which happens every tuesday), so i noted the indicated delivery date is being pushed back as well every week. At Vodafone apparently is does not even matter when you have ordered it. See below.

In this thread an Odido employee said that the delivery dates at the top of this page apply to those who order on the day that they are updated. I highly doubt that since every order provider gives about the same indication but starting from today. I hope he is right.

The only people i have seen that received a pro max already where people who ordererd on the 12th or who ordered a cosmic orange phone (which is the much less poplular colour in sales numbers this year). I wonder what's going in with the distribution. It just does not make any sense to me. I’m seriously considering changing my order to a normal pro or cancelling so I can have it earlier and take it with me for my upcoming travels. Next time I will not order it in advance and just pick it up in the Apple store whenever it is available. It seems to be the much faster option. I'm done with these providers every year haha.

I definitely understand the frustration. It should not be that hard to give an explanation. That would be more comforting than simply pushing back dates IMO.
