The network doesn't work in other EU countries

Hi, I have a monthly subscription that covers also internet access in other EU countries incl PT.

 

i am currently there and unfortunately my eSIM does not connect to a network. I suspect that there is a blockage or it hasn’t been activated by Odido yet, as I have tried all the other tips given here in the community.

 

could someone from the Odido team please check?

Do you have a betalingsregeling or a open invoice which causes a barring for use outside NL?

Fill in all the privé fields in your community profile so a moderator can check this for you.

I see that you (also) have a business subscription, is that right? If your question is about your business subscription, I must ask you to contact my colleagues from the business customer service via 1 of these channels. If your network question is about a private subscription, please fill in the 06-number. Then, I can help you myself! 😊

Thank you for your response. Yes, you are correct; I have a business subscription, and the number is likely an internet SIM. That’s why it doesn’t start with 06.
