Stuck without data outside of NL - help!

I am currently outside of the Netherlands and stuck with no service. Current on my payments and no blocks, tried all advise here but no luck. 
 

can someone help me as I’m kind of stuck?

Please fill in your date of birth and the last 4 digits of your IBAN in your profile. I've looked into it already and I see that there are barrings for international roaming. Once I have the requested information, we have completed the verification, and I can remove the barrings right away. Please let me know when you filled in the rest of your profile, and you will be back in no time! đŸ˜Š

Hello Marciano,

 

I have updated this. 
 

When I called on Friday I was told that this was a technical issue in my side and not any issue odido had. 
 

I ended up having to buy an eSIM for the weekend. I am now back in NL but would appreciate the removal still as I will travel again soon.
