I am currently in Turkey and facing a critical issue with my mobile service. My phone cannot connect to any local network here.
I am subscribed to the Unlimited Snelst plan (Number: XXX), which is active from 11 May 2026 to 10 June 2026.
Here are the troubleshooting steps I have already tried (with no success):

Switched between automatic and manual network selection (tried connecting to all available Turkish operators: Turkcell, Vodafone, Türk Telekom).

Performed a network settings reset on my phone.

Tested the SIM card in a completely different smartphone.
Despite all these attempts, the phone shows "No Service" or fails to register on any local network. It seems like roaming might be blocked or not provisioned correctly on my account for international use outside the EU.
Could a moderator or support agent please check my account status and ensure that international roaming is fully activated for my number?
