Dear Odido team.
Please help with my sim card. I tried everything, it is not in service anywhere outside NL.
I think it is because the device was bought with a sim card using Odido plan.
The problem is that device plan was overpaid and closed more than a year ago! Which is so confusing for sure. I wouldn't even think about it, but thanks to this community and huge amount of people with the same wierd issue.
Please unblock it.

Hi Maksim, thanks for your quick reply. I've looked into your account and I do see a barring on international roaming. I'm not sure why this barring is active, but I've removed it immediately. You should be able to connect to a network there again. If not, please restart your phone. In France you can connect to Bouygues, Orange and SFR. Please let me know if it works again!

The costs for the device have been paid a year ago?
Is roaming turned on and have you tried manually selecting other networkproviders?
Do you have a betalingsregeling perhaps?
The phone shouldn't be blocked by the way.
Sorry, I mean the device itself was payed off and I am still using that sim card for sure. Currently I am in France and in a very problematic situation with blocked roaming.
I never tried manually selecting network. But the rest of the things I checked.
Also I saw topics here in community where sim cards were blocked because of the device plan.

If the sim plan I still active than it should work.
If you have no betalingsregeling try choosing other networkproviders.

Other network providers are not working, tried all of them manually with flight mode on/off, phone reboot.
