No Sim Service Abroad

Hi Odido Team,

I'm a new client and have been using your services in the NL for a couple of weeks - everything worked perfectly. 

Now I am in Copenhagen, Denmark, and my SIM card is not connecting to any network which means I cannot use data, calls or SMS.. I've tried to access my Odido account but that doesn't work because of the 2-factor verification. I've also tried to reach the service but that doesn't work either because I cannot call them.. 

I've also tried to turn off my phone and turn it on again and select network provider but nothing has helped so far. 

I've been paying my bills and I thought everything was in perfect order but now this - not sure what to do and I would really appreciate your help. I need my data here as I'm on a work trip and I'm on the move a lot.

Hi Noah, welcome to Odido. I'm happy that you choose us as your mobile provider! I hope you had a great weekend. I’m happy to clarify this situation and fix it for you right away. When a new subscription starts, there is an automatic barring on international roaming, within the first few months. This is to protect you from unintentional extra costs abroad. I removed the barring for you. You can now (manually) connect to 1 of these networks in Denmark: Nuuday, Telenor Denmark and Telia Denmark. If it doesn't work right away, please restart your phone and you should be connected again. Please let me know if it worked for you! 😊

I don’t have a service abroad either. I already checked if there is any blockage in the Odido app, but I did not see any blockage. Can you please help me with this?
